Liberty Island - MDSM39

Sorry I have been absent lately posting to my blog.  I took a trip to visit my Mom (and, of course, the rest of my folks in Cleveland!).  It was great seeing and spending time with them.

But, that means I now have to work extra hard now getting our 2014 calendar done before the end of the year. Eek!

Fortunately, the MDS Monday Blog has so many sketches available for me to work with.... I'm sure it'll be a snap to get all my pages complete! Thanks MDS Monday!

For this page, I used their current sketch MDSM#39.  You may view their blog and all the pages created with it here: http://mdsmonday.blogspot.com/2013/11/mdsm39-scrap-sketch-time.html

Supplies Used:
Background - Whisper White
Stamp Brush Set - Modern Medley (dots - Not Quite Navy)
Punch - Square (filled w/Cherry Cobbler DSP and Textured Cardstock - Not Quite Navy); Scallop Border (Whisper White); Star (Whisper White)
Font - Duchess (Not Quite Navy)

  1. Diane, you do a lot of traveling! What fun! That will be me in 12 years :) Love that you are making fun pages of your travels. These pictures were perfect for the sketch. Thanks for joining us at MDS Monday!

  2. What a great color combo for the page subject. I love it! What a beautiful day for your pictures (what we don't seem to get often enough in NY). Thanks for joining MDS Monday this week.
