Wintry Words

In this card, I tried my hand at using the other 3D Embossing Folder that came in the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder set. I was going for simple yet striking... not sure if I accomplished that.

I love the added touch of the rhinestones within each snowflake on the background piece.

Thanks for dropping by!

Cheerful Words

Using the 'Words of Cheer' stamp set for the first time. So many possibilities, not enough time to create them all! This is a keeper for sure.

I used Stampin' Blends to color the image in. Colors used are Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow, Real Red, and Old Olive. I added a 'Wink of Stella' to all the poinsettias to make them shine.

Thanks for taking a look!

Check out the cards I made with the 'Lovely As A Tree' stamp set to get a feel for what inspired me to create these:

I may try to make a Soft Suede one later on too.

Elegant Snowfall

I wanted to create a night snowfall with the Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the Silver Glimmer Paper. I used the sentiment from 'Evergreen Elegance' on the 'Tasteful Labels' die.

Christmas Cheer

The 'Christmas Season' stamp set with it's coordinating 'Seasonal Labels' dies really allow freedom to create your own cards with numerous possibilities. Now the stamp set does not have any sentiment stamps, so I added a sentiment from the 'Words of Cheer' stamp set. The Wintry 3D embossing folder works perfectly with the 'Christmas Season' set.

I added 'Wink of Stella' to the pinecones and berries to give it some shimmer.

Snowbody Party

I love snowmen... or snowwomen... or snowpeople! I just couldn't NOT get this stamp set from Stampin' Up! It has such cute snow phrases too!

I colored the image with Stampin' Blends... and for the snowpeople, I used Wink of Stella to make the snow shine! Cool!

Wintry Evergreen

Lori Pinto's card is so simple, yet beautiful.... I just had to try to create one of my own. I changed a few things to make the card my own, but wanted to give credit to Lori who inspired me.

My background includes the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder, which I felt worked nicely with the 'Evergreen Elegance' stamp set. The colors here are Bumblebee and Evening Evergreen.

For the 'Rectangle Stitched' dies, I used a stylus after die-cutting to make the piece 'pop'.

Evergreen Season

When I saw Lola Rist's card on Pinterest, I just knew I needed to create a similar card. Just beautiful! Thanks Lola for your inspiration!

I used the paper from 'Peaceful Prints' DSP.
The leaves are stamped using the Soft Succulent Stampin' Ink Pad. I used full strength ink for the darker portion, and for the lighter leaf part, I stamped off on a scrap piece of paper before stamping onto the image.
I used 'Wink of Stella' to make the pinecones shine.
I used a stylus to rub around the edges of the label to make it pop.

I liked Sheri Gilson's card on Pinterest (whose own card was inspired by CraftyPapertyInk), so with the stamps I had I created a similar card from her inspiration.
I used the 'Christmas Pines' stamp set and heat embossed White Embossing powder onto Basic Gray cardstock. I matted each onto Basic White cardstock and added the ribbon (from a craft store).

Such a great card by Anne from 'Cards and Crafts by Anne'... which I found on Pinterest. With her inspiration, I made my own. I used Brushed Silver cardstock instead of Silver Foil... and used Gold Foil instead of Basic Black for my card. Such a slight difference, but makes a pretty card. I was going with the Silver/Gold theme.

The sentiment I used was from the 'Words of Cheer' stamp set. I added 'Wink of Stella' to the berries to make them shine. My background piece is embossed with the Woodland Texture Embossing Folder.

Wintry Sentiments

Creating more Christmas cards for all my nieces and nephews.... I have 18 and one great niece! It is great trying to create 19 different Christmas cards... a little daunting too. BUT.... as I have collected many Christmas stamp sets throughout my time as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator... it was a breeze! Well, not a breeze, but I had plenty of inspiration with each stamp set.
