Vibrant Blooms

 

It took me a long time to create this card. Not sure what my creative block was. I started with a different vase and many stems coming from that vase. I guess less is more - right! LOL 

Now, I did add Shimmer Crystal Effects to the vase AFTER I took this photo, so the vase will have a 3D shimmer effect. AND, the flowers all have 'Wink Of Stella' added to them to make them shine.

I used the 'True Love' DSP for the background. Sets the feminine touch just nicely.

Ladybug Years

 

Not sure who posted this lovely creation that I found on Pinterest (it was just a photo... and no website or name attached to it). As far as I can tell... this card was a 5x7 card. I designed mine to be 4.25x5.5 card. Therefore, I had to make some changes to dies and placements.

The sentiment is from the retired 'Number of Years' stamp set. The '2' die is from the 'Little Numbers' dies. The coloring on the ladybugs are Poppy Parade, Smoky Slate and Ivory. The flower is colored in using Granny Apple Green and Soft Sea Foam for the leaves/stem and Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight for the flower. I added a 'Wink of Stella' to the flower petals and the '2' die to make it sparkle.

Little Happiness

 

Our niece loves butterflies and the colors blue and purple, so decided to try to incorporate all that into her birthday card. I saw some cards using the 'Hippo Happiness' stamp set that inked in a face on the butterflies.... so I did that too on mine! So cute!

Ladybugs

I used Leah Fedynak's card (right) for inspiration for my own. Thanks Leah for your creativity!

Each ladybug from the 'Little Ladybug' stamp set has it's own coordinating 'Ladybug' die-cut shape. So, this card was so easy to create! The dies include flowers and grass too!

I used Stampin' Blends markers to color in the images. The colors used are: Light Petal Pink (for the faces), Blackberry Bliss, Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, Seaside Spray, Shaded Spruce (for the clover).

Little Trees

 

I was inspired by "Gina K" (Theresa Momber) card which I saw on Pinterest.  I used stamps that I had in order to create a card that was similar, yet... changed many things to make it my own.  Thanks Theresa for your inspiration.

I used the palm tree from the 'Totally Trees' stamp set. I bent the stamps to create a curve on my trunks. The foundation for my trees is from the 'Snow Front' stamp set. The sentiment is from the 'Little Ladybugs' stamp set. 

I used a circle die to create a mask for the sun and used sponge daubers to create the sun.

Little Tropical

I wish I was lying on a hammock right now under the palm trees and beautiful sunshine. As it is, as I write this, it's dreary and rainy outside.

To achieve the two-color ink on the trees, I stamped the top portion in Mossy Meadow. Then, very carefully, I wiped off the ink from the trunks of the trees with a paper towel. Then, I used a Soft Suede marker to color in the trunks.

Lovely Ladybug

Such a cute stamp set the 'Little Ladybug' is. As there are not any coordinating dies (YET) to got along with this set, I used scissors to cut out the ladybug.

I colored in the ladybug and flower using Stampin' Blends... and added 'Wink of Stella' to the entire flower to make it sparkle.
