Christmas 2012 -MDSM001


My husband and I put up our Christmas tree this past weekend. Just a simple tree with ornaments that we've collected throughout the years.

I saw a new challenge on a blog called MDS Monday. I felt that our tree photo would create a great page with the MDSM001 Challenge in mind.  If you'd like to view the sketch and all the other pages created by this sketch, click here:

Supplies:
Background color - "Picker Tool" (Color = 128,21,37)
Stamp Brush Set - Decorative Overlays (More Mustard), Frames with a Flourish (Always Artichoke)
Embellishments - Designer Rosettes, Festive Blooms (Cherry Cobbler re-colored Raspberry Ripple), Basic Pearls
Punch - Flag (filled w/ Always Artichoke DSP #1 and #4 and Playful Patterns #1)
Font - Edwardian Script (Always Artichoke and Very Vanilla), Elephant (More Mustard)
