Varied Meadow

As with the 'Waterfront' and 'Snow Front' stamp sets, the 'My Meadow' stamp set offers countless watercolor scenes to design. You could also combine any of these stamp sets to create more scenes. On this card, I chose to stick with the 'My Meadow' stamp set... and pair it with the sentiment from 'Varied Vases'.

Garage Brick

For those who loves cars, the 'Geared Up Garage' stamp set is a must! Along with it's coordinating 'Garage Gear' dies. I added the 'Brick & Mortar' background embossing folder -- and you have many ways to create the card that's right for you.

Now, to achieve the background piece, I stamped the "oil" stamp from the 'Geared Up Garage' stamp set several times on white cardstock. Make sure that I stamped off before stamping on the cardstock itself....for a softer look. Next, I stamped the sentiment where I thought it should go. Finally, I embossed it with the Brick & Mortar EF.

Sending Home

I fell in love with Mikaela Titheridge's card on Pinterest (on the right).... so I knew I needed to create one for my brother. He will be missing out on going to Mexico now with this coronavirus going through the country, so I thought to bring a bit of the tropical to him with his birthday card.

Not the same, I know, but hopefully this pass, and we can all take lovely vacations abroad again.

I used 3 different stamp sets to achieve this look. 'Sending You Thoughts' for the sentiment, 'Sailing Home' for the boat, and 'Timeless Tropical' for the palm trees. The 'Coastal Weave' embossing folder gives the card another added layer of tropical-ness!

Easter Garden

For my Easter cards this year, I chose to use the 'Welcome Easter' and 'Grace's Garden' stamp sets together.  Each animal stamp within the 'Welcome Easter' set was perfect for Easter!

I colored in the designs using Stampin' Blends... it made coloring and blending so much easier than actual markers. Tip... If you can peer closer on the lamb... you will see it looks like it's fluffy. I colored in the lamb using the light Smoky Slate marker... then, using the Color Lifter marker, I swirled it on the Smoky Slate all around the lamb. Poof.... looks fluffy! Cool!


The Stampin' Blends used for the bunny are - Petal Pink and Crumb Cake.

Moments that Pop

At first, I didn't think that the 'Peaceful Moments' stamp set coordinated with the corresponding 'Poppy Moments' dies. But, now that I've played with them a bit... they do pair well together.

The stamp set is a bunch of sentiments... and the dies have plenty of flower and leaf combinations to work with.

As of this day, the day that I am posting, the only colors used for the 'poppies' were coral or red. Which is the color one would normally consider a poppy. However, I chose to use the colors of  Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry.

I added a Wink of Stella to the flower and leaf petals (the darker pieces of each to make them 'pop'.

Needed some quick 'Thank you' cards. So... with the 'Peaceful Moments' stamp set for the sentiment, the 'Detailed Bands' dies for the decorative label, and the In Color DSP for the background... my cards were complete.

I used the In-Colors - Pretty Peacock, Terracotta Tile and Rococo Rose.

Stone Buddy

I few new products from Stampin' Up! to showcase this time. Here we have the 'Bonanza Buddies' stamp set that coordinates with the 'Bonanza' dies. Also... a new background embossing folder... called 'Stone'. Pretty cool effect on the background. I can see me using this EF a lot.

Beautiful Garden

Such a cute set the 'Grace's Garden' is. It coordinates beautifully with the 'Garden Gateway' dies to create lovely garden scenes.

I paired mine with the sentiment from the 'Beautiful Bouquet' stamp set AND the Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder.

I first cut out the opening on a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock. Then, with that piece of Crumb Cake.... I ran it through the Die-Cut/Emboss Machine with the Brick & Mortar EF. I adhered it to a piece of So Saffron cardstock. I added the flowers, then the gateway arch.

Petal Textures

I utilized 3 different stamp sets on this card.
'Wonderful Moments' for the sentiment.
'Peaceful Petals' for the main flower.
'Artisan Textures' for the background piece.

I colored in the image using Stampin' Blends markers. The petals have Cherry Cobbler and Pink Pirouette, while the stem is Mossy Meadow.

For the frame, I used the Curvy Corner Trio Punch.

Toucan Buddy

The 'Bonanza Buddies' stamp set offers a variety of different options for you to choose from. The coordinating 'Bonanza' dies work so well with it too.

I "grounded" the toucan by using the Stampin' Blends Smoky Slate marker to the bottom...then using the 'Color Lifter' to soften it a bit.

Although, you can't see it in this photo... I added a 'Wink of Stella' to the balloons to make them sparkle.
