Waterfront Bouquet

Who would guess that this cherry blossom tree would be created using the 'Beautiful Bouquet' stamp set? How, you ask? Well, I stamped the tree in the center. Then, masking the "trunk", I stamped the top portion of the branches on the left and right making sure it attaches to the trunk of the tree.
I finished the tree my stamping the pink blossoms three times to get a "full bloom" on the tree branches.

I used the 'Waterfront' stamp set to 'ground' the tree as it looked weird just floating there on the paper.

Gorgeous Swan

For a dear neighbor, on his birthday.

I paired the 'Swan Lake' stamp set with the 'Happy Birthday Gorgeous' set on this card. (Well, I also used the 'Waterfront' set for the water effect).

I colored in the images with my Stampin' Blends. I love how they color!

Number of Birthdays

 

My oldest sibling just turned 50 years old! I have always wanted to create a birthday card with many candles on it, but was never happy with the result as each candle was not perfectly aligned! NOW.... with the introduction of the new 'Stamparatus', I was able to stamp 50 candles on this cute card I made for my brother!

Using the Stamparatus, I was able to stamp the blue candles in a line.... once that was complete... I switched to the green candles and placed them in between the blue candles. I didn't use the stamparatus with the flame part....as I wanted them to look like actual flames that aren't perfectly aligned.

The candles, flames and sentiment are from the 'Birthday Banners' stamp set. The front cover was made using the 'Number of Years' stamp set (excluding the Happy Birthday sentiment). The sentiment "and many more" is from the "And Many More" stamp set.

I created the word "pull" in my digital software and used the die-cut flag from the "Large Numbers" framelits.

Perfect You

My brother turned 50! He's the first in the family, so it's definitely a huge milestone for him! I wanted to use the colors gray and black, but when I used yellow for the flame.... I thought I'd add touches of yellow throughout the card.

I stamped the candles separately and cut each one out before adhering to the focal piece.

I created these lovely Thank You cards using the 'Lovely Wishes' stamp set... and paired it with the 'Layered Leaves' dynamic textured impressions embossing folder (DTIEF) for the background piece.

I used the colors Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight and Calypso Coral along with Old Olive on each.

Amazing Celebration

I decided to cut the flower out of the floral stamp within the 'Amazing You' stamp set. As you can see, I cut two flowers out and layered them on top of each other for a a bit of depth to my card. I paired it with the 'Leaf' punch and the 'Petal Passion' DSP.

I love the color combos that have White/Black and then a pop of color! Makes for amazing cards, I think!

Waterfront Petal

I believe this is my new favorite stamp set! Although.... full disclosure... there are many stamp sets that I LOVE!!!!! lol! I love roses...as they remind me of my Mom! I miss her so much everyday.

I chose this stamp set for my best friend with a cheerful color palette. I colored in the flowers with the Stampin' Blends. I realize now that I should have moved the flower up a bit, so that it fit in between the decorative thinlit.  The sentiment is from the stamp set 'Waterfront'.
