Eden's Wish

 

I needed a quick thank you card for my God-daughter and her husband for the lovely Thanksgiving dinner they provided for us this past weekend. She has become a wonderful young lady and we are so very proud of her.

I used the new 'Eden's Garden' stamp set with it's coordinating 'Eden' dies. I paired this with the 'Biggest Wish' stamp set.

Teeny Thanksgiving

 

For my littlest niece... she has to get her own Thanksgiving card! lol!

I used My Memories Suite digital software to create the turkey with the pilgrim hat. I then printed it out on Basic White cardstock and finished the card the traditional way.

I really love the colors Amanda had created with her card... with the stamps that I had, I created one similar to hers. Thanks for the color inspiration and layout!

The border piece is from the 'Plaid Tidings' DSP, and the edge die cut is from the 'Be Mine Stitched' dies.

The embossed leaves are from the 'Nature's Root' dies, and the huge leaf is from the 'Vintage Leaves' stamp set.

The pumpkin and pumpkin leaves (bottom left) is from the new stamp set 'Pretty Pumpkins'. I cut the pumpkin out using the Detailed Pumpkins dies that coordinate with stamp set.

The sentiment piece is from the 'Good Greetings' stamp set and the die-cut shape is from the new 'Seasonal Labels' dies.

Veterans' Day 2021

 

I am so thankful for all the men and women who have fought for this great country! We wouldn't have the freedoms that we have now without them. Within our family, 5 people have served in the military. My husband's Dad (Army), my Dad (Airforce), my husband's brother (Navy), my brother (Navy) and my husband's sister's husband (our brother-in-law - Army).  Thanks for all you did!

I created this card within my digital software - My Memories Suite.

I felt that the frame resembled a 'dogtag' and would go well with my theme.

My nephew, Michael, is turning 18! Wow how time flies! He loves Donald Duck, so I used one of my stickers from my local craft store. It's 3D, so pretty cool in person.

I used the sentiment from 'Picture Perfect Birthday' stamp set. The colors I used are Donald Ducks colors of Pacific Point and Daffodil Delight!

Here's A Home

 

With family members moving, one needs a good stamp set that can be used many different times, but still have unique card designs. With the 'Coming Home' stamp set and it's coordinating 'Home Together' dies you can achieve this! This has got to be my 4th card using this bundle.

Now, I did find a cute card, found on Pinterest, so wanted to create my own. Changing the colors and a bit of the layout... I've made it my own, but wanted to give credit to the person who created this lovely card! Thanks!

Alphabet Home

 

I liked the idea of Cathy's card where you use the home for the 'O' in the word HOME. Thanks for your inspiration. I made the card my own by using different letters and home stamp.

I designed the letters within My Memories Suite digital software. I did measure the spacing to make sure I had enough room for my home die-cut shape. The Stamp Set is 'Coming Home' and it coordinates with the 'Home Together' dies.

I colored in the image using my Stampin' Blends and used a dimensional to make the home 'pop' off the card.

Working with the Sale-A-Bration 'Delicate Dahlias' stamp set, I wanted to create a card only using the smaller flower within that set. Here's what I came up with. I used my favorite color combo for fall - Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and Cherry Cobbler. I added Granny Apple Green and Early Espresso to round the colors out.

Delicate Perfection

 

As I was perusing the Sale-A-Bration Catalog (August-September 2021), I saw this gem with only using the leaves from the 'Delicate Dahlias' stamp set. I changed a few things up to make the card my own, but the general inspiration was all Stampin' Up!'s. 

The intricate die-cut is so easy to adhere to the card using adhesive sheets. The process is this: Choose your cardstock and cut it down to the size you need. Next, take a piece of the adhesive sheet and pulling off the covering on one side (strips-side).... attach it to the cardstock you want to die-cut. Next die-cut the piece as you normally do (just place the adhesive side on the bottom). After die-cutting, peel the other side of the adhesive and adhere to your cardstock base.

The coloring of the images was done using Stampin' Blends markers. I stamped the leaves in Evening Evergreen and then colored them in using Soft Succulent.
