Such a cute and simple card from Cindy Elam! I just knew I needed to create one for my nephew! Thanks Cindy!

I used the color combo, Berry Burst, Lemon-Lime Twist and Coastal Cabana. (As the Stampin' Blends do not have a Coastal Cabana shade... I used Summer Splash instead) I added a Wink of Stella to the balloons to make them shine.
