About Bones

 

My niece is into dinosaurs (who isn't! lol), so I thought I'd pair the 'Bag of Bones' stamp set with the 'No Bones About It' stamp set. I wish the 'No Bones About It' dinosaur stamps had a coordinating die-cut set, so I could use an embossing folder on the background, but the background looks fine plain too.

I loved the idea of dancing skeletons like Tami White created with her card. I chose to create a similar card with the products that I had! Thanks Tami for your inspiration!

I loved Susan Campfield's card soo much that I had to create something similar for myself. Thanks Susan for your inspiration!

Now, I didn't have my own DSP, so I created it with the Granny Apple DSP - Brights and just added the bats stamp all over it!

For my niece, who is always entertaining her cat on her deck with plants and birds. 

I used the stamp set - Grace's Garden and the sentiment from - Beautiful Bouquet.

I added a Wink of Stella to all the flowers to make them sparkle.

I wanted to utilize the 'Thoughtful Journey' DSP (Designer Series Paper) and thought that this sheet reflected an underwater seabed. So, I embossed 'Seashells' unto the front background.

I used the 'Seaside Wishes' coordinating set to create the shells. The "window" is from the 'Garden Gateway' die set.

I love the Fall! I also love how this card turned out. Great for my Uncle's 75th birthday!

It took a bit of time to get the colors of the leaves to come out the way that I wanted with my Stampin' Blends... I used a combination of Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and Cherry Cobber.

When I saw Jaimie's card from 'Stamp It With Jaimie'... I just knew I had to create one for my sister and her husband for their anniversary. I changed a few things to make it my own, but wanted to give credit to Jaimie for her lovely inspiration and use of the new Neutrals DSP (Designer Series Paper).

Now, I did cut a bit off the Layers of Beauty stamped image, so that it would fit on my card with scissors.

I used Wink of Stella to make the petals shine.
