Wonderful Botanicals

I made this card for my wonderful Grandma. She is 93, and just found out that she has a small fracture in her neck (brittle bones). She is such a trooper though... as she must be in such terrible pain, yet doesn't dwell on it.  She will be in a neck brace for 4 weeks, so that it can properly heal. I pray that the healing is quick and that the pain that she does have goes away. Love you Gram!

I used the words from the 'Rose Wonder' stamp set and the Botanical Builders Framelits to create the flowers and leaf border.

Every Garden

Such a cute flower in the Rose Garden Thinlits... I just had to create a card using just this flower for my niece. I kinda wish it had a full flower to go underneath the thinlet, but maybe I can fussy cut one on a later card. (something to try!).

Valentine Wishes

A quick and easy Valentine's for my sweetie!  I used a card base and stamp set from the Watercolor Wishes Kit.

I punch the hearts out and then embossed with the Chevrons...and dimensionals to the back to make the hearts pop.

Sea Wishes

I usually have a hard time creating masculine cards, but today... I'd have to say -- it was so easy. I used a card base from the Watercolor Wishes Kit and the stamp sets from that set plus From land to Sea. 

I used the Circle and Deco Labels Framelits for my focal piece -- and used dimensionals to make it pop from the page.

Birthday Botanicals

I finally got my Big Shot Die Brush.... and it was so glad I did. The leaf petals and the letters for the word 'Happy' on the dies were so easy to extract when using the brush. Whew!

I don't usually buy the DSP, but decided to give it a try... I'm glad I did!

Remarkable Memory

So sad to hear of one of my husband's co-workers that passed away from cancer. May God's comfort and peace surround his family.
