Thought I'd play with my free stamp set that I received from the Sale-A-Bration 2025 Catalog.

I saw something similar with a brayered background... the effect is great for making layers without the bulk of the cardstock.

Friendly Flowers

 

I loved the layout from Judy May, so I thought I'd do something similar for my card. I used the Country Flowers die for the pot, but the flowers are all from the 'Year of Flowers'. The pot did not have a corresponding stamp to go with it, so I added depth with a sponge dauber to give it a rustic look. The flowers all have Wink of Stella on them to make them shine.

Alpine Air Kit

 

In trying to create great masculine cards for the men in my family, I've found the perfect kit for many of them from Stampin' Up! And YES... I love to brag about it!  The new 'Alpine Air Kit' makes card-making so easy! It comes with envelopes, card bases, epherma packs and stamps and ink spot! All you need to make some cards.

Now, I did add Shaded Spruce cardstock to my card (to mat the pieces).

I've added Wink of Stella to the 'ocean', 'sea' or 'lake' area in the picture to make it shine.

The last photo is one I made into a sympathy card. I used the stamp set 'The Right Words' for the sentiment. I added Wink of Stella to the mountains to make them shine.

Snow Friends

 

When I saw Terri Walker's card... I just knew I needed to create a similar card. The 'Snow Front' stamp set has so many different possibilities. I just love it when I come across another card using this set! So, thank you Terri for your inspiration!

I didn't have the exact DSP (Designer Series Paper) as she used, so I used the 'Peaceful Prints' DSP.

I added a Wink of Stella to the snowman to make him sparkle.

I loved the simplicity of the card from Papertry Ink! I made a similar card with the supplies that I had. Now, I couldn't make my square outline as thin as Papertry Ink's were, But I feel mine work okay too!

I used a Happy Birthday sentiment from the 'Turtle Friends' stamp set.

I loved the simplicity of Glenda Calkin's card, so wanted to create on for my niece. I changed the colors to reflect my niece's favorite color - Green! I added Wink of Stella to the shell of the turtle to make it shine.

Farm Friends

 

The 'Peekaboo Farm' stamp set is such a cute set to work with! I decided to go all out on this card for my Grand Niece, Mia (for her 1/2 birthday... as her birthday is really in December, but we will be celebrating it in June each year). Since she will be 1 1/2 on this half birthday... and she's at the stage of saying 'Moo' when she sees a cow... the 'Peekaboo Farm' stamp set was perfect for her.

For the front of the card, I used the 'Give It A Whirl' dies. The animals in each window are the pig, the cow and the ram. The sentiment I used for the front is from the 'Turtle Friends' stamp set.

Now for the inside.... told you I went all out on this card.

I sorta used Lisa's Stamp Studio LLC's idea for the inside... a 'pop-up' card. Not sure how her card closed without part of the 'stone wall' sticking out of the card. So, for mine... I made a few more folds to make them more accordion-style. The sentiments on the inside of the card are from the 'Balloon Adventures' stamp set.

For my Father-in-law (Pop)... he loves his black kitty! Such a cute stamp set the 'Love Cats' is!

I chose the colors Pacific Point and Basic White and Basic Black. Although, there is no Pacific Point Stampin' Blends marker.... I used the light Night of Navy one instead. I added a Wink of Stella to the heart to make it shine!
