Kitty Courage

My nieces and Sister-in-Law lost their beloved kitty Louie this week. Louie had been in their lives for 16 years, so the loss is profound.

I've made a similar card before, but I changed a few details to make it a new card.

Heartfelt Ribbon

It's that time again where we participated in the PurpleStride Cleveland 2018. This is a walk/run to raise funds to help find a cure, raise awareness and support for those with Pancreatic Cancer.

The 'Ribbon of Courage' stamp set was perfect for this occasion. Also, since I wanted to thank all those that generously gave to this worthy cause... I added the 'Thank You' sentiment from the 'Heartfelt Blooms' stamp set.

Kitty Courage

The loss of a pet, especially one who has been around a long time, is like losing a family member to some. Creating a pet sympathy card is sometimes hard to achieve, but I believe I succeeded with this card.

I combined the 'Pretty Kitty' stamp set along with the 'Ribbon of Courage' stamp set sentiment. I also used the 'Layered Leaves' DTIEF (Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder) for the background.
