Seward Park - PCCSS001

The Paper Craft Crew Challenge blog started a new Scrapbook Sketch Challenge (PCCSS001).  The first sketch inspired me to create a page from photos taken this past weekend.  It was such a beautiful day, and now I'm happy that this day has been captured within my scrapbooks!

If you would like to view the blog, click here: Paper Craft Crew Scrapbook Sketch 001
AND>>> there's blog candy to boot! Win this Simply Scrappin' Kit - Snowflake Season 2 page layout.
 Snowflake Season Simply Sent
Anyone can enter this challenge, just create a page based on the sketch, and submit the photo to the Paper Craft Crew Challenges Blog. Easy enough! =)

I also submitted this page for the August 2012 Downloads contest that MyDigitalStudio.net is having.  Create a page using any of the August 2012 digital downloads.  Information can be found on their website. Winners from this contest will receive a free digital download of your choice from the following weeks' Tuesday downloads. Whoohoo!
Good luck to everyone!

Cougar Mountain - DGSC066

A new set of challenges are underway on the SplitcoastStampers website for digital scrapbooking. This week's challenge is "Three groups of three" (DGSC066 or SBC12JUN). You can view the link here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/digital-scrapbooking-f253/dgsc066-%96-three-groups-three-6-5-12-a-t555299.html
1. Add three photos - same size, shape and color
2. Add three stamp brush sets (re-size at least one)
3. Add three embellishments

My page came together relatively quickly. The sepia color on my photos is something new to me, as I tend to just leave the photos "as is" in my scrapbooking. I like how this page came together, and the final outcome.
Thanks for looking!
