Christmas Lifesaver Packs

I remember when I was a kid getting a Lifesaver Sweet Storybook for Christmas. The Lifesavers rolls were each different... 5 rolls per side. Nowadays, they still sell the Lifesaver storybook.... BUT... it has only 6 rolls in it and all the rolls are the same.

So, for a cute little nostalgia for me and my siblings.... I decided to create my own lifesaver pack with different flavor rolls in each! Cool huh!

I started with a plain white piece of cardstock 10.25x 5.75. I scored it on the 1", 4.75", 5.75" and 9.5" (lengthwise) and 1", 4.75" (widthwise). I cut on each score line (lengthwise) until the first score line (each side). Widthwise, I only cut to the first score line on the .75 end.

I used scrap Christmas DSP (Designer Series Paper) to decorate each side. The squares were a 3 7/8" x 3 7/8" and the ends were 3 7/8 x 7/8". I then rounded the edges for the box ends, so they could be tucked in easier.

I attached the 'Seasonal Chums' tag to each box top after coloring it in with the new Stampin Blends markers.  I do have to say that I love using them!

Thanks for stopping by!

Snow Friend

Starting to create some Christmas cards for this year. I knew I wanted to use the Snow Place stamp set, but wasn't sure what to place in the background. Well, I remembered that I purchased the 'This Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP)... so I found one that worked well with my snowman.
It's really fun putting all the Snow Place items together with the Snow Friends Framelits... so easy to cut out!
Thanks for taking a look!

Stamp Set - Snow Place
Ink - Memento, Garden Green Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie
Paper - Whisper White (thick), Cherry Cobbler, This Christmas Specialty

Pine Accents

So many cards to make for Christmas.... it's so easy to create different cards for people when you have some beautiful inspiration on Pinterest.  I was excited when I saw Elizabeth Price's card, and thought I could do something similar with the framelits and papers that I had.  Thanks Elizabeth for your inspiration!  Here is her card for reference:

See.... different yet very similar to mine!  I used 2 different Designer Series Paper on my card... one from Candy Cane Lane and the other from This Christmas.

Star Tree

What's Christmas without the Christmas Tree? Such a wonderful stamp set from Stampin' Up (Totally Trees)! You can use this set for all the seasons... and I hope to do this when I get the chance.

I stamped the green part in Cucumber Crush instead of Garden Green as when inked it didn't match the green in the stripe and/or cardstock

Thanks so much for taking a closer look!
