Friendly Labels

 

My littlest niece is having a farm party, so wanted to incorporate a farm animal in my card to her. I chose the Magenta Madness and Basic Black for a color combo.... with hints of Petal Pink and Blushing Bride.

The Ewe (or sheep) is inked in Magenta Madness for the wool and inked in Petal Pink for the body.

Tracie St. Louis created this lovely card and I found it on Pinterest. Thanks Tracie for your inspiration. My niece used to love bunnies.... I'm not sure what her favorite animal is now... hoping it's still bunnies. LOL.... I'm such a bad Aunt... I know. I paired the 'Welcome Easter' bunny stamp with the 'Punch Party' sentiment stamp to create my card. The 'Punch Party' stamp set is a promotional stamp from the 2021 Sale-A-Bration catalog. Loads of sentiments and frames to choose from.

I added some balloons from the 'Hippo Happiness' Stamp set and it's coordinating dies 'Hippo and Friends'.

Heartfelt Moments

 

It's always hard to create new sympathy cards, but it's especially hard when it's a relative who has lost their unborn baby due to miscarriage. I've designed this card using the 'Wonderful Moments' stamp set (even though it's definitely not a wonderful moment). I used the colors Smoky Slate and Basic White, but to soften the Smoky Slate color.... I stamped first on a scrap piece of paper before stamping onto the Basic White cardstock.

I used the 'Layering Ovals' die to partially cut out the oval, and then used my scissors to cut around the pregnant lady.  I added Wink of Stella to the butterfly to make it shine like the angel he/she is!

Little Happiness

 

Our niece loves butterflies and the colors blue and purple, so decided to try to incorporate all that into her birthday card. I saw some cards using the 'Hippo Happiness' stamp set that inked in a face on the butterflies.... so I did that too on mine! So cute!

Ewe Happiness

I got to play with my 1 year old niece, so thought I'd give her a card showing her how much I love her! I should really do this for all my nieces and nephews! They're all so very special to me! Ellie IS the youngest though. (wink)
