Dog Sympathy

This year has not been a good one for my family and friends with their pets. Two more people had to say goodbye to their beloved animals.
Both of these cards I have made before, in the past. The pawprints and the ribbon one was done in blue last time, so this time I did it in pink.
Thanks for dropping by!

Wild Abounds

At first, I didn't think there were many different variations of this stamp, but when I saw a card where the stamp looked through a window... I thought, sweet! I can use the stamp again! Which is great as my Aunt loves pandas!

So, I paired the 'Wildly Happy' panda stamp with the 'Happiness Abounds' sentiment stamp. I also used the 'Friendly Hello' Designer Series Paper (kinda looks like bamboo leaves - right! lol

Anyway, thanks for taking a closer look!

Dog Sympathy

Now I know I designed a card similar to this a while back ago... but it had a pink ribbon and the name 'Lya' on the ribbon. I really liked the look of it, so when my Goddaughters dog passed away... I knew what card to design for her and her beloved Maserati!
I designed this creation in My Memories Suite digital software.
The paw prints where just placed in a heart shape.

Thanks for taking a look!

My Memories Suite
Embellishments - Dog Dayz of Summer - Pawprint (Stina); Blossoms Abound - Banner (SU)
Stamp Brush Sets - In Any Event - words (SU)

Pawprint Sorrow

My brother and sister-in-law's doggie went to heaven today (well, 3/31). It's so hard to say goodbye to a furry friend. Lya was such a gentle soul... she got along with everyone.

I made this card using My Memories Suite digital software. I saw a heart shaped pawprint card on Pinterest and I fell in love with it.  Each pawprint is individual, so I just placed the prints around in a heart shape. I added the banner... which was plain. Then added a text box with the word 'Lya' and made it look like it was on the banner.

Thanks for dropping by!

Supplies Used:
My Memories Suite digital software
Embellishments - Dog Dayz of Summer (Pawprint - Stina); Blossoms Abound (banner-SU)

Meadows Lodge 2015

The Schwab Family (my side) got together for a family lodge trip in southern Ohio (Hocking Hills area) this past week.  This is the 3rd trip we've made, and we've stayed in a different lodge each time from the Buffalo Lodging Company.  This time, the Lodge was called 'Meadows Lodge'.  We had tons of fun and really enjoyed our time with family.

I kept my pages simple, so that I could create the album fast plus really showcase the wonderful photos and fun time we had.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hershey Gardens

My Husband went to the Hershey Gardens in May 2014.  Here is my double-page spread of his trip. I believe I was in Cleveland at this time while he was in Harrisburg PA.  I remember that it was after this working trip that he was let go of his job at Avaya.  Wow! What a year of change 2014 was for us.  So very thankful to the Lord that he was hired by Interactive Northwest Inc. in January 2015.

Mike took so many beautiful photos of the gardens... it's always hard to choose just a few to showcase on a scrapbook page.

Thanks for taking a peek!
